General Description - From this page, you may track your player's overall progress from the time he is drafted to now.

Level - Users may select the level at which to view development. Levels from the dropdown menu include Majors, Triple-A, Double-A, High-A, Low-A and rookie ball teams. There is also an option to view 'All' players for a franchise. This will return all players of the selected position in the franchise.

Position - After selecting a level to view, users may select a specific position or 'All' positions to view. For instance, if you would like to look at the progress of all of your AAA shortstops, select AAA from Level and SS from Position. After selecting a level and position, please click 'Go' to view the player development report.

Player - You may click on the player's name to view his profile.

Level - This is the level to which the player is currently assigned. This will be the same for every player unless you have selected 'All' from the Level dropdown.

Pos - This is the primary position to which the player is currently assigned. This will be the same for every player unless you have selected 'All' from the Position dropdown.

B/T - This indicates whether the player bats right-handed (R), left-handed (L) or is a switch hitter (S) and then if he throws with his right (R) or left (L) hand.

Age - This is the player's current age.

Time of Draft - This will indicate the player's overall rating on his draft date. For players entered upon world creation, this will display N/A. If it is the first season of the world, all improvement will be captured by the difference between Start of Season and Current.

Last Season - This will indicate the player's overall rating at the beginning of last season. If it is the first season of the world, N/A will be displayed as all improvement will be captured by the difference between Start of Season and Current.

Start of Season - This will indicate the player's overall rating at the beginning of this Hardball Dynasty season.

Current - This is the player's current overall rating in the sim. Please note how the player has improved or digressed over time.

Projected - This is projected peak overall rating according to your current scouting department. The accuracy of this rating is directly related to the amount that you have spent on scouting.
